Our Team

Franco Mancini, CPA, CA, LPA

Partner

Franco is the founding partner of the firm. He began his accounting career in 1976 and in 1979 opened up his own practice.

Franco’s practice focuses on the taxation of owner-managed businesses and their shareholders as well as providing business advisory services to many of the firm’s clients. Franco has extensive experience in the areas of construction and real estate development.

Franco received an Honours B.A. from the University of Windsor in 1974 and his C.A. designation in 1979.

Angelo Battisti, CPA, CA, LPA

Partner

Angelo has been in practice since 1989. Angelo joined the firm in 1993, and obtained his CA designation in 1994.

Angelo advises a diverse client base of owner-managed businesses. He has significant experience with mergers, acquisitions and the sale of businesses.
